Paris Day 3 - Paris Catacomb, Louvre Museum and Paris Starry Night
3:42 AMParis Day 3
Early in the morning,we went to queue at the catacomb Paris. I heard my ex-colleague talking about this place while he went for his honeymoon and finally i got to visit this place while in Paris. There's also one in Italy( from what i google) but i decided to go for this one. We were here the first day afternoon, but the queue is insanely long so we skipped this and go on Day 3

From Wiki: The Catacombs of Paris are underground ossuaries in Paris, France, which hold the remains of more than six million people in a small part of the ancient Mines of Paris tunnel network.
From the website: Visitor numbers are restricted to 200 at any time. Admission may be delayed for a short time during busy periods.

But this is really worth a visit, because of how the skulls are being stacked to create some structures are truly fascinating.
Next, we went to the famous Louvre museum. And not forgetting a 1h plus queue for it.
*Note it close at 6pm. *
After that, we went for set lunch.. the desert is better than the food.. About 39euro for a set with dessert.
Creme brulee (my boyfriend's fave)
Sainte-Chapelle
And manage to squeeze in a cathedral (Sainte-Chapelle) with also a queue, but covered under museum pass
Then we head over to the famous Louvre museum, note that it close at 6pm.
This is my favourite part of the museum - The Egypt. I think it is better than the Mona Lisa painting
And of course the Mona Lisa Painting - but too many people crowding around the painting, and you can't see anything
More painting...
Last Supper?
We almost spend more than half of the day here and barely do nothing else
Dinner time near the museum
In need of hot drink!!
After that, we head over to Arc de Triomphe, yes we were tired but this is covered under the museum pass as well, so we went there too..
From here you can see the entire Paris city night view
And of cos Eiffel tower in a bird's eye view
